Pilot placeholder terms. These are not final legal terms and should be reviewed by counsel before broader public launch.
Controlled pilot
NextCueCRM is currently available for controlled pilot use. Access may be limited, changed, paused, or revoked while the product is being evaluated and improved.
Service availability
The pilot service is provided as-is without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, data recovery, or fitness for a particular use. Do not rely on the pilot as your only system of record.
Your CRM data
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permission basis of any CRM data you enter or import. Do not upload data you are not authorized to use.
Manual customer email
NextCueCRM customer/contact email uses manual mailto workflows. The app may prepare draft content or links for your email app, but you remain responsible for reviewing and sending messages.
AI draft review
AI follow-up drafts are suggestions only. You must review, edit, and approve AI-generated text before using it. NextCueCRM does not automatically send AI-generated customer email.
System email
System emails such as daily digest tests and app-user invitation emails may be sent to application users. These are not CRM customer outreach or drip campaigns.
Features not included
The pilot does not include SMS, automated customer outreach, Gmail/Outlook mailbox sync, IDX/listing pages, public self-serve signup, or Stripe self-serve billing.
