Pilot guidance for setup, daily workflows, and support.

Your first 15-minute setup

Start with the basics. You can come back and refine everything later.

Contacts

Contacts are your leads, clients, past clients, and referral relationships. Use status, source, type, and temperature to keep the relationship clear, then log activity and link transactions or tasks from the contact record.

Importing contacts

Use the sample CSV template, keep the first import small, and preview before importing. Review skipped, duplicate, or invalid rows before you create contacts. If a source/type/temperature does not match your lists, fix the value and preview again.

Transactions

Transactions track buyer and seller opportunities. Link each transaction to a contact, keep stage/status current, add estimated value or commission when useful, and watch closing-soon transactions from the dashboard.

Tasks and follow-ups

Tasks are next actions. Use due dates to separate overdue, due today, and upcoming work. Complete tasks when done, or create the next follow-up while logging an activity.

Activity timeline

Log calls, meetings, notes, and manually sent emails so you can remember the relationship history. Activity is history; tasks are what to do next.

Templates and manual email

Templates live in Settings and help draft messages with merge fields. Email opens in your email app through mailto, so you review, edit, send, and then log the sent email when appropriate.

AI guidance

AI drafts, next-action ideas, and relationship summaries are suggestions. Review them before using them. AI does not send messages or create tasks automatically.

Daily digest

The daily digest is for app users only. It summarizes follow-ups and reminders for your account, and it is not sent to customers or contacts. Preview or configure it from Settings.

Team and roles

Team & Roles lives in Settings. Owners and admins can invite app users, choose roles, and use email invites or manual invite links.

Settings is where setup and configuration lives: Agent Profile, Business Profile, Team & Roles, Templates, Custom Fields, Custom Lists, Notifications, and Plan & Usage context.

Known limitations

The pilot focuses on follow-up workflows. Connected mailbox sync, SMS, drip campaigns, IDX/listings, and self-serve billing are planned later.
