Controlled pilot data
NextCueCRM stores account, user, CRM, task, deal, activity, template, custom field, and configuration data needed to operate the pilot.
Tenant scoping
Customer CRM records are scoped to the selected account on the backend. The frontend account selection is only a hint; backend membership checks remain the authority.
Customer/contact email
CRM customer/contact email is manual mailto only in this pilot. NextCueCRM does not send backend customer email, SMS, drip campaigns, or automated outreach.
System email
System emails may be sent to application users for daily digest tests and invitations when configured. Resend is reserved for system-to-user email, not CRM customer outreach.
AI drafts
AI draft generation uses scoped CRM context to create editable draft text. Provider keys stay backend-side. Users must review drafts before using them.
Security posture
The pilot uses Clerk authentication, account membership checks, backend tenant scoping, and limited admin visibility. This pilot notice is not a security certification.
Current exclusions
Gmail/Outlook sync, SMS, IDX/listing pages, public signup, and self-serve billing are not active pilot features.
